Zagetdoo Co., Ltd. built the Vehicle Routing Add-on script, hosted on Google Apps Servers and Vehicle Routing Web service API, hosted on Amazon web services. These Services provided by Zagetdoo Co., Ltd are intended for use as is. This page is used to inform any user regarding our privacy policies with the collection, use, disclosure of personal information; if anyone decided to use our Services.
Information collection and use
When using the Services, we require certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your user identifacation, access key, email address, script settings, and script usage. This basic information will be retained for your authorization and quota to use our services.
Also, when you send a request for solving vehicle routes, we collect location information: names, addresses, latitudes, and longitudes; vehicle information: names, costs, volume/weight limits, start/end locations, earliest start/end times; order information: order name, pickup/delivery/service locations, volumes, weights, operation time windows, operation times. This additional information will be used for calculation and retained for 24 hours after sending the request.
For geocoding funtionality, we apply a service from Google Maps. You can use this functionality according to a free quota given by Google Maps. To increase the quota, you need to apply your own Google Maps API key. The key will be stored in a user property of Google Sheets and used for directly calling the Google Map geocoding service. We do not store you Google Maps API key in our system.
We do not share your information to third party services, except Google Maps and Here Maps where we use their services for geocoding and getting travelling road distances and durations between locations.
Occasionally we might contact you to inform our latest updates, bugs, or any matters related to our Services.
Service providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Services;
- To assist us in analyzing how our Services are used.
When neccessary, we may need to contact our third-party companies and partly use your information, for example, to analyze the problem of reachability of locations subject to certain routing options. However, we will ask them not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Services may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of these websites. Permissions related to our Vehicle Routing Add-on Script
Our Vehicle Routing Add-on Script also need several permissions to use data in your Google drive. However, we read and write only your active spreadsheet files. Also, to import a KML file, our Add-on Script need access to read file names in your drive. Error messages and parameter setting must be allowed to show on web pages and document sidebar. Several operations run interanally for input and output data processing. Only necessary information is submitted to external third-party services, for example location geocoding, getting travelling distances/durations, or to solve your instance on our server.
